According to Canadian Visa Expert, The FSWP is a points-based Canadian immigration program that qualifies for Express Entry and offers a PR Visa to Canada to skilled foreign workers and their family members who meet the eligibility criteria.
Requirements for the main applicant include at least one year of full-time paid work experience during the past 10 years in a qualifying profession that is at a certain skill level (many of which require a university degree), with points given for age, English and/or French language abilities, education, work experience, job offer in Canada, and “adaptability” factors (a minimum of 67 out of 100 points is required, plus other criteria must be met).
